I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor. I opened a small private practice in 2019.

I offer counseling services in Ogden from an attachment and trauma focused framework. I like to focus on attunement and relationships, helping develop a sense of self, learning to regulate emotions, and most of all, coming to accept the beautiful process of life. Through my own personal experiences, I develop strong therapeutic bonds with my clients that allow for healing and growth to occur. It is in the presence of another, or in the presence of a community that change is possible. You, as the client, take charge of the relationship and where you need to go.
